Submit the Application Form and Fee

After completing your application, please submit it and your $50 registration fee. During the school year, the form and fee can either be mailed or dropped off at our current Westside location, 3257 Payne Avenue, San Jose, CA 95117.

Sunnymont is a member of the California Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools, Inc. (CCPPNS). Sunnymont is a non-profit 501 (C)(3), non-sectarian corporation of the State of California. Sunnymont is licensed by the Santa Clara County Department of Social Services (License #430710567).
